Georgia Women’s Chamber of Commerce – No Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting the Georgia Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GWCC). Our goal is to provide valuable resources, events, and products to our members and community. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following No Refund Policy:
1. Services
Payments made for GWCC services—including consultations, workshops, programs, and events—are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the event has occurred. If a participant cancels, refunds will not be provided.
2. Physical Products
All sales of GWCC merchandise and printed materials are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for assistance.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership dues and subscription-based services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Change of Mind
We do not issue refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind or change in personal circumstances. Please review your selections carefully before completing any transaction.
5. Unauthorized Purchases
GWCC is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized activity, please contact us immediately.
